Name: Jonathan Jesslaw
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Role: Seeker
Power: None, he is non-gifted.
Appearance:
Personality: Easy going but hard working Jon gets along with most people, except he doesn't know when to shut up which has gotten him in trouble with gifted and non-gifted alike. He's blunt and shockingly honest, and often doesn't see why everyone gets so offended with his words. Still he doesn't hold grudges and will greet the person beating the shit out of him yesterday with a smile the next, if his face was spared enough he can smile. Tough and strong a life time of hard work has made him able to withstand the blows with minimal serious damage. There are few situations Jon reacts to with a serious or reverent attitude and just as few things can get him truly angry, not just mock anger. As was said, he's easy going. Content with his life he doesn't ask for much and treasures what he has. A cheerful guy you can't help but forgive after you hit him at least twice... okay three times... usually.
History: He grew up the son of non-gifted who lived in the Harbor. His father a fisherman who passed the craft to his day dreaming son. Jon felt a little bad when he instead signed up to be a Seeker, as through he was throwing all those lessons in his father's face, but his father was happy for him and extremely proud, he kept bragging to the others causing Jon quite a bit of embarrassment. He worked hard in those two years of training, working hard to keep his place surrounded by gifted trainees who looked at him like he was dirt. He persevered and while he may have no been top of his class he certainly did not bring any shame to his name. He's been a Seeker for a few years now, putting his sailing experience to use and often is part of the crew for missions to the real world. He's amazed by that world and the wonders in it done without any powers like the gifted. He once even joked that the gifted had managed to remain frozen in time for hundreds of years while those without any progressed unbelievably so who were the true superior ones? Yeah that hadn't exactly gone well. He was lucky Dan was willing to regrow his teeth.
